Scriptrue References: 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9

It was the great apostle Paul that tells us these words found written in Romans 14:11-12 that says, "Forit is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me,and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shallgive account of himself to God." There may be many who do notbelieve in the judgment where all mankind will stand to be judgedeither righteous or unrighteous, which relates to the life we lived onthis earth. Nevertheless this is exactly what we find written as awarning in Gods holy and infallible word. Again we find the writer ofthe book of Hebrews telling us this as stated in Hebrews 9:27 thatsays, "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment."If you truly believe there is a day of judgment where we all will bejudged either to be worthy or unworthy to live for eternity in thepresence of the Lord, then you better take heed to what Gods word hasto say concerning this. Most people today are totally unconcerned abouttheir eternal destination and where they stand in the sight of God.They take for granted that they are alright and will eventually die andstand before God and will enter into his kingdom, but how many hastaken into consideration exactly what Paul warns us about in the abovetext of 2 Thessalonians? What about you friend, do you truly know Godpersonally and are you obeying the one true gospel of our Lord andSavior Jesus Christ as Paul warns us about? Do you honestly knowwithout a shadow of doubt what the one true gospel is that we mustbelieve and obey to be saved?

Satan, through his many ministers, has blinded the minds of mostpeople today from the one true gospel of Christ. Listen to what theapostle Paul tells us in what he said in 2 Corinthians 4:3-4 that says,"But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: Inwhom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believenot, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the imageof God, should shine unto them." What is

this gospel that Satan has blinded from millions today? First of allI want to tell you that what multiplied millions of people arebelieving today as being the gospel is absolutely not the gospel thatsaves as Gods word reveals it. Millions of people has been led tobelieve that the gospel of Christ that saves is nothing more or lessthan a mere belief in the "death" the "burial" and the "resurrection" of Christ. First of all I want to ask you how is it possible to obey the "the death" and the "burial" and "the resurrection of Christ"if that is what the gospel is? Did not Paul tell us that Christ willreturn in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that don't know God "and obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ" in our above scripture text of 2 Thessalonians? Would you please inform me how we can obey the "death, burial and resurrection of Christ? All I can do with this truth is to believe it or to disbelieve it, butit cannot be obeyed, simply because this truth contains no instructionsto be obeyed. Since Christ's death, burial and resurrection cannot beobeyed, then can you not see that Satan's ministers has made the truthof the "death, burial, and resurrection of Christ"another gospel? Are you aware of the fact that Paul warns us aboutthose who would preach another gospel? Listen to what Paul tells usabout this in what he said in Galations 1:8-9 that says, "But thoughwe, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than thatwhich we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we saidbefore, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto youthan that ye have received, let him be accursed." Nowhere in Gods holy word does it say or teach that the "death, the burial, and the resurrection of Christ" isthe gospel that must be accepted and believed and one is saved, but yetmultiplied millions of confessing Christians believe that today, aswell as in times past. I have already proven to you that the "death, burial, and resurrection of Christ" cannotbe obeyed, but that truth can only be accepted and believed or else tobe disbelieved. But let me prove to you that it is the gospel of Christthat does save a person if his gospel is believed and obeyed. Let usprove this by what Paul tells us in I Corinthians 15:1-2 that says, "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain." So it's very plain to see that is does take the "gospel of Christ" to save us, but lets look at what Paul tells us in the next two verses that says, "ForI delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how thatChrist died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he wasburied, and that he rose again the third day according to thescriptures."

Today's religious clergy being inspired and blinded by Satan cannotsee the revealed truth of these two verses of scriptures. Paul does notsay that the "death, burial, and resurrection of Christ" is thegospel that saves, because this truth is only one truth out of manythat must be accepted and believed in order to be saved. The "Death, Burial, Resurrection"of Christ was only the first thing that Paul delivered unto the churchat Corinth and certainly not the only truth. Satan's inspired ministerscould not see the truth and so therefore they took a single truth fromGods word and made a gospel of it, of which a curse is places on anyoneincluding an angel from heaven that will preach another gospel. Thetrue gospel that will save the soul if obeyed are all the teachings ofChrist revealed throughout all the NT covenant. Listen to what Paulsays about this as he stated in I Timothy 4:16 that says, "Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them:for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hearthee." Does it sound like Paul is saying here that to be saved is done by a mere belief on his "death, burial, and resurrection" like clergymen has taught for hundreds of years? A belief on Christ and his "death, burial, and resurrection"is necessary, but this is only a belief on his person and what happenedto him at the end of his ministry. One cannot know God personally by amere belief on the "death, burial, resurrection" of Christ. His "death, burial, resurrection"is an example for us meaning that we to must die and be buried and riseagain to walk in a new life. Our death and burial is our old carnal manbeing put to death so that we can rise from a dead in sin state to walkin a new life, which is a life of righteousness. Our death and burialis our sinful nature being crucified so that the life of Christ canbecome our manifested life. This is what Paul meant concerning himselfin what he said in Galations 2:20 that says, "Iam crucified with Christ: neverthless I live; yet not I, but Christliveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by thefaith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me." It was the very "life of Christ"that was now being manifested in and through the mortal flesh of theapostle Paul and an example for us as well. Look at what Paul saysabout this in II Corinthians 4:10-11 that says, "Always bearingabout in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also ofJesus might be made manifest in our body. For we which live are alwaydelivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus mightbe made manifest in our mortal flesh." This "life of Jesus" becomes our life by obedience to all histeachings revealed in the NT testament covenant, and not just a mere belief on the fact that he "died" was "buried" and was "resurrected" afterthree days in the grave. So what was the finished work that Christ hadaccomplished by his death on the cross? Christ during his 3.5 years ofministry revealed the one and only way that we can enter into the mostholy place with God. When Jesus died on the cross it was Matthew thatsaid these words in Matthew 27:51 that says, "Matthew 27:51 And,behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to thebottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent." The rentingof the veil meant that the law of Moses had come to an end and a newcovenant was established. The contents of this new covenant containsall the teachings of Christ and if believed and obeyed it is the powerof God unto eternal salvation.

Multiplied millions of people believe today that they have eternalsalvation based merely on a belief and acceptance of Christ, and thathe died, was buried, and rose again the third day, as their ownpersonal Lord and Savior, but this could not be further from the truthof the matter. But I fear that the greatest majority (if not all) ofthese people will reject this truth and go right on their deceived way. They will of course find out for sure when they stand before Christ atthe judgment and it will be to late to do anything about it then. Weall will be judged, not by any of the good works one may haveaccomplished, but rather we will be judged by the life lived whether itwas good or evil. So friend are you willing to let Gods word have thefinal say of things? How are we to live in this present world? Let Paulanswer this question as stated in Titus 2:11-12 that says, "For thegrace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teachingus that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world." He that has an ear to hear let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches..amen
