Reference: Matthew 23:27-2 and Matthew 15:8-9
In the world today, we find millions ofpeople that hold to the confession that they are Christians, and that they havebeen born again of the Spirit of God. From the above scriptures found in thebook of St. Matthews gospel, we find Jesus saying that many would confess toworship God with their lips, but with their hearts far from God. You cannot bea true worshipper of God with lip service only. I fear that ninety-some percentof today's confessing Christians, are not true born again children of AlmightyGod, as they think. Whether you accept it or not, the Bible very clearlydescribes what a true child of God is. The very word of God, that many claim tolove and obey, plainly tells us that, who-so-ever says they know Him, but donot keep His word, are proven to be what the Bible calls a LIAR. Millions todayclaim to be born again Christians, but they are one-hundred percent void of thetruth that the word of God contains. Did you ever take the time to examineyourself under the light of the truth revealed in the scriptures, as to whetheror not you are what you think you are?
The apostle Paul tells us in II Corinthians 13:5,for us to examine ourselves, to prove if Christ is truly in us. Did you knowthat Christ can be revealed in you only through and by the knowledge that iscontained in the gospel? Paul tells us that it pleased God, Who seperated himfrom his mother's womb, to reveal His Son within him. Christ was revealed to bein Paul, through and by the revelation of the truth of the gospel of JesusChrist. The only way that Christ can be revealed in and through you, is by yourcoming to the knowledge of the truth that the gospel contains. The truth isrevealed to you if you receive it and walk in it. The truth that is revealed toyou is Christ Himself, because Christ is the WAY, the LIFE, and the TRUTH. Yourreceiving of truth is Christ being revealed and manifested to you. If you failto receive and obey the truth, then it is utterly impossible for Christ tobecome your life. Many have the confession that they are born again Christians,but if the truth were known, it would be found that hardly any have come to theknowledge of the truth that the gospel contains. Many cannot quote the fourgospels. The greatest majority of confessing Christians today are one hundredpercent void of the revelation of truth that the Bible reveals. This is becausethey do not receive and obey the word as it is revealed to them. The Bibletells us that "if" we walk in the light, then the blood of Christwill wash us from all sin. ( I John 1:7) To walk in the light, means to receive the truth and obeyit. The gospel is the power of God unto salvation, to those that receive andbelieve it, but is down-right foolishness to them that perish. God has chosenthe foolishness of preaching to save them that receives and believes it. Jesussaid in Mark 16:15-16 for the disciples to go and preach the gospel to everycreature, and those that receive and believe it would be saved, but those thatfail to believe it will be damned. My friend, you will either believe thegospel and be saved, or else you will reject it and be doomed forever. Thetruth will either set you free, or else it will seal your doom forever. If yourefuse to receive and walk in the light of the truth, then you will be sentstrong delusions that will cause you to believe lies to be damned. To receive alie will sear your conscience and cause you to speak lies in hypocrisy. This isthe reason why so many today confess to be Christians when actually they arenot. Most confessing Christians today do not know anything that the Biblereveals, but yet they claim to be born again Christians. Saying that you are aChristian with your mouth, is very much different than actually being one. Mostprofessing Christians only talk their religion instead of living it. Jesus saidthat a true child of God is a light to this evil and adulterous world. To be alight does not mean that you tell everybody that you are a Christian. There isan old saying that makes very much sense. This saying is that, "Youractions speak louder than your mouth." Does the lightbulbs in your housetell that they are lightbulbs, or do they just shine brightly, letting you knowthat they are lights? The Bible tells us exactly what true and pure religionis. It says that pure religion is to visit the fatherless and widows in theirafflictions, and to keep yourself unspotted from the world. (read James 1:27)Most professing Christians today think that they can have salvation in onehand, and the world in the other hand, but I will tell you the plain truth ofthe matter, it is holiness or hell, and the choice is up to you. This articlewill be rejected by ninety some percent of you that read it, but nevertheless,you have heard the truth that will either save you or damn you. It depends onwhat you do with the word of God when you come in contact with it. Receive itand be saved, reject it and be damned. The word of God says in I John 2:4-6, that, he thatsays that he knows Christ and does not keep His commandments is a liar, and thetruth is not in him. But he that keeps His word, in him verily is the love ofGod perfected. How can you possibly love God and fail to keep His word? TheBible tells us in John 1:1 that GOD IS THE WORD. If you hate and despise theword of truth, then you hate and despise God. A true born again child of Godwill love the word more than anything else in the whole world. The word of Godis the spiritual food that will make fat, the soul of every true born againchild of God. Your lean, and starved-to-death soul, proves that you are not atrue Christian, if you do not love and desire the sincere milk of the word sothat you may grow thereby. The truth will strengthen you spiritually making youa Spirit-filled, born again Christian if you will receive it and obey it. Jesustells us that if we continue on in the word of God after we confess belief onHim, then we would know the truth, and the truth will set us free. (read John 8:30-32) Thereligious world today confesses with their mouth that they know Him, but theirhearts are millions of miles from Him. Your heart is far from God if you arevoid of the truth that is contained in the gospel, because the Bible says that,with the heart man BELIEVES unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confessionis made unto salvation. (Romans 10:10) Most confessing Christians today, are void of the trueChristian testimony of salvation that will free them from the power of sin. Sinstill dominates in today's religious realm of christianity. This is simplybecause they are void of the truth that will set them free. If you are void oftruth then you are void of Christ, because Christ is the WAY, theTRUTH, and the LIFE. REPENT AND BE BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST FOR THEREMISSION OF SIN, AND YE SHALL RECEIVE THE GIFT OF THE HOLY GHOST.
