No if ands or buts about it, if we have not been born again,then we will not enter Gods kingdom, but will suffer the consequences of thesecond death. I hope you are an individual that has enough intelligence andconcern of your eternal destination that will cause you to fear and tremble atwhat Gods word says. But if you are like the millions that could not care lessas to what Gods word says, then this article will do absolutely nothing for youspiritually. If you are a Bible student and have read the account of the newbirth as the apostle John reveals it, then you should know that you must beborn a second time, which is a birth that God must perform on you. Before weget into the details of how a person must be born again, let us realize thatthe same apostle John gives us a scriptural description of a person that hasbeen born again of God. John tells us in I John 3:9 these words that says,“Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him:and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.”
Let me say here that if you are like the millions of peoplewho claim to be born again, but will not accept what John says in thisscripture, then you may as well stop reading this article and go about yourusual business of whatever it may be. Now it’s crystal clear that John gives usa description of a person that has been born of God, which reveals that they donot and further they more cannot sin. Now if you happen to be one of themultiplied millions of people that claims to be born again and yet live in andcommit sin, then I am afraid that you are wasting your time in reading thisarticle, unless you are willing to let God be true according to his word and tocount all men as liars until they are proven out by the word of God to be a liaror not. Now I have revealed to you how Gods word tells us that whosoever isborn of God does not and cannot commit sin. Now if you cannot agree with thisstatement, believing you are born again and yet you do commit sin, then youwould be guilty of not allowing God to be true according to his word. Are youignorant enough to come against what God says about this matter, or are youwilling to say ouch and amen to Gods holy word?
Did you know that the serpent in the garden of Eden causedEve to believe a lie when she ate of the tree of the knowledge of good andevil? Did she not know that God had said that they would die if they did eat ofthe tree? Since they did eat of the tree when they were commanded not to eat ofit, then can’t you see that both Adam and Eve failed to let God be trueaccording to his word? So if you claim to be born again and still live in andyet commit sin, then do you realize that you are failing to let Gods word betrue on this subject of being born again in the same way that Adam and Eveevidently failed to let God be true concerning the tree? Listen to all themillions of confessing Christians today claim to be born again and still livein and commit sin. Can you not see that according to Gods word written by theapostle John, that these millions of people are failing to let Gods word havethe final say in this matter? What happens when a person fails to believe whatGods word says and believes what someone else has to say about it? Let us readwhat the apostle Paul has to say in regards to this. In II Thessalonians2:10-12 Gods word says, “And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in themthat perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they mightbe saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that theyshould believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth,but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”
Can you not see how millions of people are not believingwhat Gods word says about being born again? Does not Gods holy word tell us inI John 3:9 that whosoever is born of God does not and cannot commit sin? Whythen do the millions of confessing born again Christians still live in andcommit sin as they confess to be born again? It’s simply because God has sentthem a strong delusion to believe a lie, which is totally opposite to what hisword says and reveals. Does Gods word, as plain as the nose on your face, saythat those born of God do not and cannot commit sin? What about you, are yougoing to ignore what God says about it and go on your way still thinking andbelieving you are born again in spite of what Gods word says about it? If youdo, then you will continue to believe what you have been believing and end upin the lake of fire along with the other multiplied millions who are notwilling to let God be true according to his word. But if you are willing to letGod be true according to his word, then he will do exactly what Paul said asstated in 2 Timothy 2:24-26 that says, “And the servant of the Lord must notstrive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meeknessinstructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give themrepentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recoverthemselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at hiswill.”
Notice carefully that Paul says that God will giverepentance to the acknowledging of the truth so that they can recoverthemselves out of the snare of the devil. God will not and further more cannotopen your mind to this truth unless you are will to let Gods word be true andcount all men as liars. Listen at all the lies being told by the millions whoclaim to be born again and still committing sin; can you not see how they arelying about it? They are believing a lie just like Paul said if they fail toreceive the truth that would truly save them, as he states in his epistle of 2Thessalonians 2:10-12. So what about you friend, are you to stubborn to humbleyourself and let God be true according to his word and allow your pride to dragyou down to a devils hell? The choice is yours to make. Most will not bewilling to admit their way of error and swallow their pride. Listen to what thewise preacher of the book of Proverbs has to say about this that says, “Proverbs 15:10 “Correction is grievous unto him that forsaketh the way: and hethat hateth reproof shall die.” To hate reproof is to hate the correction ofGods word, which is a very dangerous thing to do, because it’s the Holy Ghostin Gods ministers that does the reproving of the world of sin, righteousness,and judgment, as Jesus tells us in John 16:7-8 that says, “Nevertheless I tellyou the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away,the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him untoyou. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and ofrighteousness, and of judgment:” So you better be careful and not refuse to bereproved by the Spirit of God. In regards to this read Proverbs 10:17 andProverbs 15:10 and Proverbs 29:1. Why do most people rebel against the truthconcerning sin? Where is why as Jesus said in John 3:19 that says, “And this isthe condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darknessrather than light, because their deeds were evil.” So do you love the darknessof sin more than the light of truth? If so, then God will show no mercy to youwhatsoever. Look at what sin has done to mankind in the past, the present, andcontinuing on in the future, which is destroying him in the long run. My prayerfor those who may read this article is that God may give you repentance to theacknowledging of the truth so that you can begin to recover yourself from thesnare of the devil. Amen
