Reference: Genesis 3:14-15

The Bible very plainly tells us that there are two types of people on this earth. One is the children of God, and the other is the children of the devil. Thetruth as to what determines whether or not you are of the seed of the serpenthas been hidden from man for many years. The Bible speaks of two seeds. Onebeing the seed of the woman, and the other the seed of the serpent. Some peoplebelieve that a person is determined to be of one of the seeds by a physicalbirth, but the truth of the matter is that we are a child of the devil, or ofGod by what type of word we receive, whether it be truth or error. The twoseeds spoken of in Genesis 3:15 is not speaking of, or referring to the literal seed thatbrings forth a child into this world, but rather the seeds spoken of are, theseeds of truth, or the seeds of error. The literal sperm seed of a man, or ofan animal, is not what the word of God is referring to in our above text. Theseed of the woman is, of course,  theword of God, which is Jesus Christ. The word of God is referred to as being theseed that the sower went forth sowing. The parable of the sower, that Jesusspoke of, went forth sowing the word of God. The word of God is referred to asbeing seed, because it will grow, and bring forth after its own kind, as does theseed that is planted in the ground in a garden or field. The word of Godplanted in the hearts of people will transform the individual into the sameimage as the Lord Jesus Christ. Christ becomes the believers life, by hisreceiving the seed word of God in his heart and mind.

The word of God tells usthat there will be enmity between the serpent seed, and the seed of the woman. The seed of the woman is of course, referring to Christ. The seed of theserpent is not the literal sperm seed that produces a literal life, but ratherthe seed spoken of here, is the seed word of error. There are two spirits inthe world today. One is the Spirit of Truth, and the other is the spirit oferror. The spirit of error is directly opposite to the Spirit of Truth. The Spiritof Truth received and planted in the heart and mind of the believer, willproduce the same characteristics of the Lord Jesus Christ. The truth of thegospel is revealed to us by the teaching of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit, by theword, transforms the believer into the same image of Christ. Christ is revealedin us through and by the leading of the Holy Ghost that teaches us the truththat will set us free. The children born of the serpent seed, are the childrenof the wicked one, which of course, is Satan, the devil. Only the truth willset you free and transform you into the image of Christ. The word of error willnot make a child of God, but will make you a child of the devil. A true childof God is begotten by the word of God, which is truth. The denominationalconverts are not born of the word of Truth, but rather of error. Obedience totruth is the only thing that will set you free. To receive error will sear yourconscience, causing you to speak lies in hypocrisy. In the garden of Eden, wefind that Satan, through the serpent, deceived Eve, causing her to receive alie, only to be damned. A lie is the word of error that will seperate you fromGod. You are either a child of God, begotten by the word of Truth, or else youare a child of the devil, begotten by the word of error. The Bible tells usthat Satan is a liar, and the truth is not in him. A lie is directly oppositeto truth. If you receive a lie, and believe it, you will be damned, and yourconscience will be seared, as if by a hot iron. To receive a false doctrinewill leave you stumbling around in darkness, and you will never come to theknowledge of the truth that the gospel contains. There is only one way thatleads to eternal life, but we find that all the denominational churches teach contraryone to the other. Christ is not divided like the religious world is. Anythingthat is contrary to the word of God is the word of error, which is the seed ofthe serpent. The seed of the woman is the word of God, and the seed of theserpent is the word of error. Cain and Abel were brothers, but we find that onewas of the wicked one, which is Satan, but this does not mean that he was bornof the literal sperm seed of the serpent that deceived Eve in the garden ofEden. The apostle Paul tells us that there are four types of flesh, and thatthese four types are not the same. In ICorinthians 15:39, we are toldthat, "All flesh is not the sameflesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, anotherof fishes, and another of birds." Sincethese four types of flesh are not the same, this means that the sperm seedcannot mingle and bring forth a birth, or young. A man's seed will not mix withthe female beast and produce a birth. The seed of a beast will not mix with thefemale human either. The teaching that the literal sperm seed of the serpentbrought forth a child of death is absolutely not backed up by the word of God,which is truth. If the literal sperm seed of the serpent was what Eve received, then Paul was wrong in saying all flesh is not the same flesh. Nobody deniesthat the seed of the woman spoken of in Genesis3:15 is referring to, and speakingabout the Lord Jesus Christ. Christ is the word of God. The word of God isreferred to as being the seed that the sower went forth to sow. Both seedsspoken of in Genesis 3:15 are seeds that are words. Eve received a lie through theserpent. The serpent was not an animal that crawled on his belly, butnevertheless he was a beast, and a beast is not the same flesh as a human, proving that the two cannot intermingle, and produce a birth. The seed that Evereceived, was the seed of error. Cain and Abel were two brothers born of the same sperm seed of Adam. Cain was offeredto be accepted of God if he did well, and did what the Lord told him to do, butwe can see that Cain refused to receive the word of God, and he killed Abel.Cain's refusal to receive the word of God and to obey it, caused the Lord toput a curse on him, and he was sent from His presence as a vagabond and afugitive. It is a serious thing to refuse and reject the truth of the word ofGod. Cain rejected the word of God, and he was told that sin lay at his doorand that unto him shall be his desire. Cain was turned over to Satan when herefused to receive and obey the word of God. We are told in God's word found inII Thessalonians, that to reject the word of truth, failing to obey it,will cause God to send you strong delusions to be damned. Many today arebelieving and receiving lies that do not correspond with the Bible. Thesepeople have refused to receive and obey the truth of the gospel when they werefaced with it. The Bible says that those who hate God love death. If you failto receive and obey truth, then you are one that loves death. The truth willset you free from sin, but many people love darkness more than light of truthof God's word. Believe the truth and be saved, or reject it to be eternallydamned. The choice is yours my friend. "Chooseye this day whom ye shall serve."
