The apostle Paul tells us these words stated in Ephesians 2:8 saying, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.” If you will notice carefully you will see that Paul is telling us that we are saved by grace “through faith” and not saved by grace “by faith” but this is exactly what Christianity teaches today. Did you not know that to say “through faith” and to say “by faith” is saying two different things that has an entirely different meaning from each other? The apostle Paul uses the words “through faith” and “by faith” in what he says in Romans 3:30 that says, “Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision “by faith“, and uncircumcision “through faith.” What is the different meanings between the words “through faith” and “by faith” in this scripture? Using the words “by faith” means to do something by an act of faith in an instant of time, but to use the words “through faith” it means to do a certain thing progressively that takes more time. To think that you are saved by an act of faith is believing that you were saved in an instant of time, but Paul did not say that we are saved in an instant of time by faith, but rather he said we are saved by grace through faith, which clearly reveals that to be saved is done in a progressive manner that takes a certain amount of time.

To prove scripturally that we are not saved instantly by an act of faith, all we need to understand is what it means to be saved and what the spiritual condition of a saved person is, and what a person has been saved from. We are told these words in Matthew 1:21 that says, “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.” Do you have any idea of what the words that says, “save his people from their sins” actually means? To be saved from sin simply means to be saved from sins power and not just saved from the penalty of sin like its being taught throughout Christianity today. To believe you are saved just from the penalty of sin, that does not release or impart power over sin in your life in order to destroy and overcome it. This is why the millions of people in Christianity today are still prone to sins power and they cannot cease from obeying it. They are still servants of sin and that’s why Jesus said these words in John 8:34 that says, “Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.”

It’s a proven fact that sin still has dominion over the millions of converts in Christianity today, but they have been deceived into believing that the blood of Christ covers their sins and God cannot see them, and they also believe that Christ’s death on the cross paid the penalty for all their sins including all sins of the past, the present, and the future as long as they live even as they confess to be saved and born again children of God. But listen to Paul telling us these words stated in Romans 6:14 that says, “For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.” Why do we need power over sin as Paul reveals here if Christ’s death on the cross paid the penalty for all sins that includes the past, the present, and the future? If the penalty has already been paid for all sins including the sins of the past, and the sins of the present and future, then there is no need to have power over sin, but the truth of the matter is that Christ’s death only paid the penalty for sins of the past. Let Paul prove this in what he tells us in Romans 3:25 that says, “Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God.” Can you not see that Paul only mentions the sins of the past and not all sins of the present and future as well? Why then do multiplied millions of confessing Christians still live in sin and yet confess to be saved and born again children of God? Its simply because they do not possess the power of Christ in their life, which is the needed power to overcome sin and to destroy it in their lives. I will tell you why they do not possess Christ in their life, but first lets look closely again at what Paul tells us in in the scripture of Romans 3:25 that says, “Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God.” Notice that Paul tells us that God declares or demands “his rigthteousness” for the remission of “sins of the past” and nothing said about sins of the present and future. When we come to God in genuine repentance asking to be forgiven of all the sins we have committed against him, these certain sins are all the sins we committed in our past life. From the very moment that God forgave us of all our past sins, we are then to submit to his righteousness for remission of those past sins. Confessing Christian converts are not told this truth, but are rather told that Christ’s death has already paid the penalty for all sins of both the past and as well as the sins of the present and future. This is a very dangerous soul damning lie of Satan that will sear the conscience as with a hot iron and cause you to begin speaking lies in hypocrisy, as Paul says in I Timothy 4:1-2 that says “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron.”

Christ’s death only paid the penalty for past sins that we committed against God and the apostle Peter also proves this in what he tells us in I Peter 4:1-2 that says, “ Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.” Peter here is very clearly telling us that we must cease from sin, which we must begin to do after we are forgiven of our past sins, and no longer to live the rest of our time, which means the rest of our lives, in the flesh to the lust of men, but to the will of God. But listen to the lies being preached by Satan’s ministers telling millions of confessing Christians that the blood of Christ covers their sins they continue to commit and God can’t see them. And also as I said above they believe Christ’s death paid the penalty for all sins past, present and future, but this is nothing but a deceiving lie of the devil. Why do these people accept and believe this damnable doctrine? Its simply because they do not truly possess the Spirit of Christ in their heart to teach them otherwise. They are not told the truth about how to receive Christ into their heart. They are simply told to receive Christ by asking him to come into their heart, but this is not the truth as the word of God teaches it. How to receive Christ is clearly revealed in what John tells us in Revelation 3:20 that says, “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” What has what John tells us here to do with just simply asking Christ into your heart? Nothing at all, but yet millions of people are doing this and this is why they are still in their sin having no power to over-come the sin in their life. Notice if you will that Jesus said that he stands at the door and knocks. What exactly is he saying here? The door that he stands at is the door of your heart. This is not a literal knock like knocking on a door of someone’s house, but rather it’s the voice of his word of the gospel that is being proclaimed by his true ministers. If you can hear the voice of his word and open your hearts door to it, he will then come into your heart and sup with you and you with him. What then is this word that you must hear and open the door of your heart to? You will find his word being proclaimed by the apostle Peter that had the keys to the kingdom as stated in Acts 2:37-38 that says, “Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” What Peter said two thousand years ago is still the criterion for the day and age we live in. Peter gave them two commands to obey, which is to repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins (past sins) and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. If you have not obeyed this command of God through the apostle Peter, but obeyed a different command of some minister in some denominational church, then you cannot possibly possess the Spirit of God in your heart.

Its Gods way or no way. Since most were told just to receive Christ into their heart as Lord and Savior, then it should be plain for you to see that Christ is not in your heart and that’s why you are still prone to sin in your life following a false teaching of one of the many false prophets that Jesus warned us about in his teachings.

It makes all the difference in the world as to what you are believing in the things concerning what the word of God has to say. Listen to what the apostle Paul tells us in II Thessalonians 2:13 that says, “But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth.” Only belief and obedience to the truth of Gods word revealed in scripture will save your soul. Believing the Baptist doctrine or any of the other hundreds of doctrines being taught in Christianity today will not save you from sin, but will only bind you tighter in your sin and cause you to speak lies in hypocrisy as Paul tells us in I Timothy 4:1-2. These doctrines causes its many millions of converts to call themselves whatever their denomination is named such as a Baptist, a Methodist, a Pentecostal, a seventh Day Adventist, etc, etc, etc. These names are the names mentioned in Revelation 17:1-5 that says, “And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” This woman represents the Roman Catholic Church and the harlots are the many Protestant daughters that spiritually came out of her. They are all guilty of blaspheming Gods word being unfaithful to his word, but yet claim to know God and are his servants. What about you friend are you a member of these many so called churches that blaspheme Gods word? If so take heed to this warning that says, “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Notice that it tells you not to be partakers of her sins, but to come out of her. Are not all these religious organizations guilty of sins against God even as they confess to be his saved and born again saints? But listen to what Gods word has to say about these sins they continue to commit as they confess to be born again in what I John 3:9 tells us saying, “Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.” Listen to the millions in Christianity deny this truth today as they live like the devil still confessing to be born again. Are a member of good standing in of these blaspheming man built churches found through this nation today? “He that has an ear to hear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches” AMEN
